All of the service techs were professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. The entire staff at Comfort Air & Cooling were exceptional. Mike, the owner, was over the top making sure everything was repaired and that I was satisfied! The majority of the job was still under warranty and they got the work done in a timely manner as in before the warranty ran out. Keep up the good work at Comfort Air & Cooling!

He called earlier in the day to see if he could come earlier. I consented. He looked over and checked all the heating components. He did not have the filter for our humidifier and will have to return to change it.

Arrived on time with pre-notification. The technician (Trey) performed the most comprehensive furnace inspection I have ever had and gave me tips on how to keep it operating proficiently for a long life. I highly recommend this company and commend them for hiring technicians of this caliber.
