I came home last week to no AC. Comfort AH&C happened to be working at my neighbor's. When he (Ethan B.) finished at 4:45, I asked if he had time to look at my unit. I was shocked when he said "yes," since it was late in the day. He came over, and I had AC in 25 minutes. From now on, I will use no other company.

I called Comfort Air in Mt Sterling to double check some work done by another hvac company, and Trey Brady was great. He was knowledgeable, pointed out some areas overlooked by the previous company, and addressed a couple of potential trouble spots that are an easy fix. I feel very comfortable in trusting my future hvac needs to Comfort Air Heating & Cooling. Their prices are also very reasonable, so if you want an honest and professional company to service your hvac needs, I highly recommend Comfort Air in Mt Sterling.

Comfort Air has been quick to respond to any service calls I've had. They are polite and courteous and perform clean work.

After our regular HVAC service provider ghosted us, we reached out to Comfort Air in Mount Sterling. They were able to route Ethan and Conner to our home within a short period of time. Ethan was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our air handler and after changing out the sequencer and a relay, got our system back up and running. He explained all his work in detail and performed all the necessary return to service checks. We were very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail. Great technical work and customer service. We will be calling Comfort Air in the future for any of our home or business HVAC service needs.

Wonderful experience! The service man, Trey, was ahead of schedule. He was very professional and polite. He did his job quickly and showed me pictures of a potential problem which he fixed immediately. Great company to call for maintenance and service!
