I recently did mold exposure testing in my home and ended up having some pretty drastic findings that I wanted to address immediately so my air quality didn’t continue to cause negative effects on my health. I called a few places, but Comfort Air & Heating answered the call with more compassion and haste than anyone else. During the initial inspection, the technician was very patient and thorough, they explained everything that was observed, and based on the findings, they made reasonable recommendations and suggestions on what could help and what would be a wasted effort and cost. After giving an initial quote, it was less than a week that they came out and addressed all the concerns we had previously talked about, and even offered an additional solutions to a potential problem that can develop down the road. Their professionalism was more than appreciated, the attention to detail and relatively fast service was more than adequate, and honestly their communication was better than I experienced from previous HVAC companies. I am very happy with the services I received and will be keeping this company close for any of my future needs!

Great job!! I had Comfort Air come do a check on my package unit which is 20 years old. The technician, Jayden, did an excellent job repairing the issue. My unit was freezing up on the outside due to a faulty defrost thermostat. He showed me the results of the old one vs. the new one. And he explained several things about the unit that I had questions about. This company has always been there to help it keep running with very professional service. This was Dec. 2024. Great Job as always.

Daniel was awesome on resolving my multiple issues that occurred to my unit/thermostat . He explained each issue thoroughly and explained the price on each additional part that was needed.

02/2026 - Returning customer. So glad to have Comfort Heating and Air as my HVAC service provider. My heat failed and they went above and beyond to come up my iced hill in this extremely cold weather to get my heat going. 12/2023 - New geothermal installation for my new construction. I’m happy with the new install and especially with their professionalism and responsiveness. 4/2023 - Comfort Heating and Air installed my system in 2006 and they have been my service provider every since. They arrive within a reasonable time and do maintenance or fix any issues at that time.
