The lady who answered my call was very friendly and scheduled me quickly. Ethan and his helper (don't know his name) arrived right on time. They were able to repair my HVAC unit and had it back to running within 30 minutes. High praise for Ethan as he helped service my unit before. Very respectful and professional and I will request him in the future. Thanks to everyone at Comfort Air.

AC was working great, but I noticed there was no condensate coming from the drain like it's supposed to. I called and made an appointment to see what the problem was, and my condensate pump was bad. The techs had to reroute the drain line, fix a kink in the line and replace the pump. The techs were super nice and the repair went quick.

I got online at 10pm because my air had stopped working it was 83 degrees in my house. Less than 12 hours later Josh showed up and within 4 hours my house was comfortable! Kind, professional, and effective service!

Great job!! I had Comfort Air come do a check on my package unit which is 20 years old. The technician, Jayden, did an excellent job repairing the issue. My unit was freezing up on the outside due to a faulty defrost thermostat. He showed me the results of the old one vs. the new one. And he explained several things about the unit that I had questions about. This company has always been there to help it keep running with very professional service. This was Dec. 2024. Great Job as always.
